Eric Zeiger is the Founder and Managing Principal of Brunmar Capital. Mr. Zeiger manages all day-to-day activities of Brunmar and is responsible for the strategic oversight and growth of the Company.

Prior to founding Brunmar Capital, Eric was an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm with $43 billion of equity capital under management. At H.I.G., Eric led H.I.G.'s investments in the single-family rental and build-to-rent sectors. Eric closed and managed over $1 billion of investments in opportunistic, value-add, and special situation equity and debt transactions in multiple asset classes across the United States.

Prior to H.I.G., Eric was a corporate attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP, where he represented strategic and financial clients in public and private markets in acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and leveraged financings. Prior to Paul Weiss, Eric worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Mr. Zeiger received his BA in History and Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He also graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar.
